Conference Room & Business Meetings
Our Orangery Suite conference & meeting room can accommodate any size from 2 to 80 guests and features free Wi-Fi with options to hire the 65” Interactive Monitor, data projector & screen plus flip chart & easel.
For team building & event days, The Orangery Suite and Gardens including all facilities can be hired giving you access to our Orangery Suite Room, full use of the 3-acre grounds and garden games plus use of a large airy marquee with table seating up to 80 guests.

Our conference suite offers a bright, modern, central venue for conferences, meetings and team building events.

Currently, we don’t offer catering directly from the Orangery Suite, however, we have external caterers that use our kitchen who are familiar with the Orangery Suite and come highly recommended with whom we have worked for many years. They are available to book direct.
Use of our kitchen for your guests will incur a supplementary fee.
Hot & refreshments are available self-service from our automated machine which calculates servings. This is generally billed along with venue hire post-booking. Cold refreshments are available on request. If you wish to pre-order hot drinks and cold cans, we can leave the correct number of drinks and cups/saucers out for the team. The stocked bar can be opened with a small staffing fee.

The Orangery Suite is located on Merley House Lane, directly off the Merley Roundabout (A31 Wimborne bypass and A349 Poole junction).
