In addition to the stated period of hire: On request, an allowance will be made for deliveries before arrival.

Guests may arrive up to 40 minutes before the wedding ceremony.

Venue opening from 8:00 will incur an extra charge if you have not booked all day with us.

Prices will increase by around 10% from September 2027

As your location hire, we don’t offer an inclusive package and know from experience that no two weddings will be the same.

The Orangery Suite is a make it your own wedding venue meaning we are the location where couples can host their dream

wedding with a do-it-yourself approach. We offer more flexibility and give you more creative control compared to

traditional wedding venues. Couples can personalise every aspect of their wedding, from styling to catering, entertainment

and live music. This allows for a unique and personal touch.

Please note: While DIY wedding venues offer a high degree of freedom and personalisation, they often require more

planning and coordination from the couple and their support network.

Hiring an independent wedding planner or co-ordinator can take the pressure off you and your bridal party if required

Included in the Venue Hire Price:

- Exclusive use of The Orangery Suite and grounds including The Orangery Suite room.

- Use of our 10m x 10m marquee.

- White limewash Chivari chairs, tables for use in the marquee, and children's highchairs if required.

- Gazebo and white folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies. Orangery suite chairs for indoor ceremonies.

- White linen tablecloths and cake table

- You may bring your own table wine. Up to 3 bottles per table are permitted plus a glass of toasting bubbles per

guest.

- Easel – Ideal for a table plan up to A2 size

- The music player in The Orangery and on the terrace, plus the Bluetooth-connected speaker for background

music in the marquee & PA microphone for speeches.

- Outdoor games and equipment (inc. croquet, pétanque, table tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, basketball,

giant chess, table football, giant connect four and giant tumble tower)

- Use of fridge for chilling drinks. (Located in Summer House)

- Ample free car parking.

Additional Costs:

- We can provide a post-ceremony drinks package laid out in the summer house and lawn. (Enquire for more)

- Reception drinks: We don’t charge corkage, but if a pouring service is required, this should be requested by

you to your preferred caterer.

- Use of The Dorset Room for the bridal party (£120) Complimentary bo/le of Prosecco & hot drinks un9l your Ceremony.

- Catering for the reception meal. If a caterer other than one of our recommended caterers is used, there is a

supplementary fee (£175) There is no charge for evening catering providing they don’t need use of the kitchen.

- Fully stocked, licensed bar and staff, if required (£50)

- Add a cocktail service to the bar (£50)

- Heating for Marquee. (£150) recommended in colder months

- Registrar’s fee (for the ceremony). Please contact BCP Registrars

- Booking the venue for your exclusive use, the day before your wedding, for venue styling or set up (£300)

Please ensure you notify us ASAP if required as we can’t guarantee availability for any length of time.

How to Book

1. All provisional bookings for The Orangery Suite will be held for 14 days.

2. Confirm the booking by returning our booking form with your £800.00 non-returnable deposit, (payable to

The Orangery Suite and Gardens Ltd), by bank transfer. Please enquire via email for details.

3. An invoice for the final balance will be sent one month before the wedding date, payable by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations, postponements and amendments should be confirmed in writing.

2. Cancellations within six months of the wedding date will incur full payment of the venue hire fee.

3. Cancellations between six and twelve months of the wedding will incur 50% of the venue hire fee.

4. You may wish to take out insurance, in the unlikely event, that you should have to cancel your wedding.

Exclusions

Due to environmental, noise and safety considerations, fireworks, synthetic confetti, table confetti under 1 cm , Chinese

lanterns, naked flame, candles and hay bales are prohibited at The Orangery Suite. Bubbles make a good alternative to

confetti.

The Orangery Suite and Gardens Ltd accepts no responsibility for any personal injury, loss of or damage to gifts, personal property

or vehicles left at The Orangery Suite.
