- Exclusive use of The Orangery Suite and grounds including The Orangery Suite room, Marquee & Dorset Room. - Use of our 10x10m marquee.
- White limewash Chivari chairs, tables for use in the marquee, and children's highchairs if required.
- Gazebo and white folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies.
- White linen tablecloths and cake table
- You may bring your own table wine. Up to 3 bottles per table are permitted plus a drink per guest.
- Use of The Dorset Room for the bridal party.
- Heating for the marquee

- Easel – Ideal for a table plan up to A2 size
- The music player in The Orangery and on the terrace, plus the Bluetooth player for background music in the marquee. - PA microphone for speeches

Additional Costs:
- Reception drinks: We don’t charge corkage, but if a pouring service is required, this should be requested by you to your preferred caterer
- Catering for the reception meal. If a caterer other than one of our recommended caterers is used, there is a supplementary fee of £175.
- Add a cocktail service to the bar (£50)
- Registrar’s fee (for the ceremony). Please contact BCP Registrars
- Booking the day before your wedding for venue styling or set up (£300) Please ensure you notify us ASAP if required as we can’t guarantee availability for any length of time.

How to Book
1. All provisional bookings for The Orangery Suite will be held for 14 days.
2. Confirm the booking by returning our booking form with a £800.00 non-returnable deposit by cheque (payable to The Orangery Suite and Gardens Ltd), by card or bank transfer.
3. An invoice for the final balance will be sent one month before the wedding date, payable by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
1. All cancellations, postponements and amendments should be confirmed in writing.
2. Cancellations within six months of the wedding date will incur full payment of the venue hire fee.
3. Cancellations between six and twelve months of the wedding will incur 50% of the venue hire fee.
4. You may wish to take out insurance, in the unlikely event, that you should have to cancel your wedding.
Exclusions
Due to environmental, noise and safety considerations, fireworks, confetti, table confetti, Chinese lanterns, naked flame candles and hay bales are not permitted at The Orangery Suite. Bubbles make a good alternative to confetti.
