As your location hire, we don’t offer an inclusive package and know from experience that no two weddings will be the same.

The Orangery Suite is a make-it-your-own wedding venue meaning we are the location where couples can host their dream wedding

with a do-it-yourself approach. We offer more flexibility and give you more creative control compared to traditional wedding venues.

Couples can personalise every aspect of their wedding day, from styling to catering, entertainment and live music. This allows for a unique and personal touch. Please note: While DIY wedding venues offer a high degree of freedom and personalisation, they often require more planning and coordination from the couple and their support network. Hiring an independent wedding planner or co-ordinator can take the pressure off you and your bridal party if required.
 

 

Included in the Venue Hire Price:

- Exclusive use of The Orangery Suite and grounds including The Orangery Suite, marquee and 3-acre gardens.

- Choice of 4 outdoor and 1 indoor Ceremony location.

- Full Ceremony coordination

- Use of our 10m x 10m marquee.

- Fully stocked, licensed bar and staff. 

- White limewash Chiavari chairs, tables for use in the marquee, and children's highchairs if required.

- Gazebo and white folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies. Chiavari chairs for indoor ceremonies.

- White linen tablecloths and cake table

- You may bring your own table wine: Up to 3 bottles per table of ten is permitted plus 1 bottle of toasting fizz per 6 guests. There is option to buy more as a drinks package.

Your table wine will be packaged up and safely stored after your meal by 6:00 pm & returned to you after the venue closes.

- Easel – Ideal for a table plan up to A2 size

- The music player in The Orangery and on the terrace, plus the Bluetooth-connected speaker for background music in the marquee & PA microphone for speeches.

- Outdoor games and equipment (inc. croquet, table tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, basketball, giant chess, table football, four in a row and tumble tower)

- Use of fridge for chilling drinks. (Located in Summer House)

- Ample free car parking.

- Reception drinks: We don’t charge corkage, but if a pouring service is required, this should be organised between you & your preferred caterer.

 

Additional Costs:

- We can provide a post-ceremony drinks package laid out on the terrace. (Enquire for more information.)

- Use of Bridal Suite (£195), Complimentary bottle of Prosecco & hot drinks until your Ceremony.

- Catering for the reception meal. If a caterer other than one of our recommended caterers is used, a supplementary fee of £175 applies. There is no charge for evening catering, provided they don’t require the use of the kitchen.

- Add outside cocktail bar located on the terrace (£195) 6 pm - 10 pm

- Heating for Marquee. (£150) recommended in colder months

- Registrar’s fee (for the ceremony). Please get in touch with BCP Registrars

- Booking the venue for your exclusive use, the day before your wedding, for venue styling or set up (£350)

Please ensure you notify us ASAP if required, as we cannot guarantee availability for any length of time. (Booking the day before is unavailable for weddings booked on Mondays or Sundays.)

- Add the outside cocktail bar opening. Located on the terrace (£195)  

- Glass hire, if required (£175). Recommended for table drinks. Your caterer may offer a cheaper option.

- Giant L O V E Letters (£95)

- Candy Cart (£95). Confectionery to be supplied by you
 

How to Book

1. All provisional bookings for The Orangery Suite will be held for 14 days.

2. Confirm the booking by returning our booking form with your £800.00 non-returnable deposit, (payable to The Orangery Suite and Gardens Ltd), by bank transfer. Please enquire via email for details.

3. Your invoice for the final balance is due two calendar months before the wedding date, payable by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations, postponements and amendments should be confirmed in writing.

2. Cancellations within six months of the wedding date will incur full payment of the venue hire fee.

3. Cancellations between six and twelve months of the wedding will incur 50% of the venue hire fee.

4. You may wish to take out insurance, in the unlikely event, that you should have to cancel your wedding.

 

Exclusions

Due to environmental, noise and safety considerations, paper/synthetic confetti, table decor under 1cm , Chinese lanterns, naked flame, candles and hay bales are prohibited at The Orangery Suite. Bubbles or natural/dried petals make a good alternative to paper confetti.

Firework displays are permitted managed by our recommended supplier.
