Monday – Sunday: Last orders at the bar at 10:30 pm & band music/DJ volume level to be reduced by 10:00 pm. Carriages are at 11:00 p.m. sharp.

Any music, DJs or Bands to be set up in The Orangery Room.

Included in the Venue Hire Price:

Exclusive use.

Marquee: White limewash Chivari chairs, tables for use in the marquee, and children's highchairs if required seating up to 85.

Orangery Room: Table and chairs seating up to 60.

Gardens & Games: Outdoor games and equipment (inc. croquet, pétanque, table tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, basketball, giant chess,

table football, giant connect four and giant tumble tower.)

Speaker Facilities:

The music player in The Orangery and on the terrace, plus the Bluetooth player for background music in the marquee.

PA microphone for speeches

Ample free car parking

Additional Costs:

Catering: If a caterer other than one of our recommended caterers is used, there is a supplementary fee (£175.)

Fully stocked, licensed bar and staff, if required (£50)

Table linen hire (£120)

Heating for the marquee (£150)

Extend your function by the hour (£250 p/h)

Optional Equipment hire:

- Candy Cart (£95) Confectionary to be supplied by you

How to Book

1. All provisional bookings for The Orangery Suite will be held for 14 days.

2. Confirm the booking by returning our booking form with a £200 non-returnable deposit by bank transfer.

3. An invoice for the final balance will be sent one month prior to the booking date, payable by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations, postponements and amendments should be confirmed in writing.

2. Cancellations within six months of the booking date will incur full payment of the venue hire fee.

3. Cancellations between six and twelve months of the booking will incur 50% of the venue hire fee.

Exclusions

Due to environmental, noise and safety considerations, fireworks, confetti, table confetti, Chinese lanterns, naked flame candles and hay bales

are not permitted at The Orangery Suite.
